The personal assistant in disabled care makes a practical and organisational contribution to the
functioning of the organisation. She contributes to the business management, keeps track of
(office) equipment and resources and places orders. She oversees the execution of maintenance of
equipment, material and working space. She monitors the budget for the activities and delivers
(financial) reports. She carries out registration and administrative tasks, such as completing
attendance lists and drawing up rota.

Contribute to the organisation’s business management. Ensure that the organisation uses sufficient
properly maintained materials and resources:
- check materials and resources regularly

Carry out registration and administrative tasks:
- process and register (financial) information, such as attendance lists and rota

The personal assistant in disabled care carries out the desired and required tasks using the
available (financial) means and carries these tasks out according to the organisation’s guidelines
and culture. She contributes to the organisation’s proper functioning.
