Assignment Supervise a client in running a home. Create a plan of action to support the domestic task.

Provide an explanation in the plan of action. Involve:  the way in which you anticipated the requirements and wishes of the client  your choice for the resources and materials  how you worked according to the care plan  how you apply the organisation’s rules and procedures in the execution of the domestic support  the evaluation of your support Carry out the domestic task for which you have created the plan . Result According to his/her requirement and wish, the client has received support with the proper resources and materials.

Evidence Provide the following items of evidence: 

A fully completed assessment form substantiated by the examiner  An elucidated plan of action for the support in running a home
