Description of this exam Your exam is taken in a moderately complex care situation.

You independently support the patient in personal care, such as eating and drinking, using the toilet and mobility. You adapt to the capabilities and experiences of the patient. You observe and identify changes and record information collected in the nursing file. You ensure the patient’s safety, collect information for the evaluation and discuss it with others involved. You enter modifications in the care plan in consultation. If it occurs, you deal with the transfer to another institution. You will deal with a final evaluation when the care is terminated.
