Behaviour assessment The examinee:  asks the patient about experiences, ideas and feelings concerning the provision of healthcare

 inquires among other disciplines and/or colleagues about experiences, ideas and feelings concerning the provision of healthcare

 asks the caregiver about experiences, ideas and feelings concerning the provision of healthcare

 discusses the process and the product of the nursing care provided with all those involved

 adapts the care plan using the information collected and according to the guidelines of the institution

 checks whether the evaluation provides insight and is understandable for all those involved.
