Description of this exam This exam is taken in a moderately complex care situation.

In addition to the care for the individual patient, as a caregiver you also have tasks at departmental level. In order to properly carry out the care and supervision, coordinate the activities with colleagues, other disciplines, next of kin and others involved. Make agreements with colleagues about the way in which they provide care and how they organise this, and delegate activities if required. Participate in consultations in which you coordinate care and consult with colleagues. In addition, you are responsible for an optimum learning climate for new colleagues, students and trainees. Supervise them and participate in supervision and assessment interviews.
