Behaviour assessment The examinee:  asks the patient about experiences, ideas and feelings concerning the care delivered

 inquires among other disciplines and/or colleagues about experiences, ideas and feelings concerning the health care delivery

 asks the caregiver and/or next of kin about experiences, ideas and feelings concerning the health care delivery

 discusses the process and the product of the nursing care provided with all those involved

 suggests adjustments to the nursing care plan to those involved

 checks whether the evaluation provides insight and is understandable for all those involved
