Description of this exam This exam is taken in a highly complex care situation.

In addition to the care for the individual patient, as a nurse you also have tasks at meso level. In order to carry out the care and supervision properly, you have to divide your activities and set priorities. Adapt the care with colleagues, other disciplines and experts. Ensure that colleagues and those involved are informed about the objectives of the health care delivery. You participate in consultations and peer consultations that are relevant for adaptation. In addition, you ensure an optimal learning environment for new colleagues and trainees. You supervise them, provide feedback concerning their development and participate in supervision and assessment interviews.
