Assignment Supervise a student. Start by formulating a supervision plan and supervise the student. Keep track

of the progress together with the student.

Result You have provided a student and/or trainee with suitable work supervision and you have participated in supervision and assessment interviews.

Supporting documents Provide the following supporting documents:

 A fully completed assessment form substantiated by the examiner  A supervision plan of the student and a progress report including accountability
