This exam is taken in a moderately complex care situation.

In care for handicapped persons, collect information about the client’s health situation.

Apply creative communication methods for this in order to retrieve the client’s requirements,

usually in consultation with the next of kin or representatives.

You are responsible for a consultation that is based on equality and self-determination.

In addition, you take into account that the capacity does not exceed the coping ability.

Formulate a support plan after analysing the information. The emphasis in this plan is on ADL,

day-time spending, activities and, if possible, education and development.

In order to provide optimum care, you identify developments in the organisation and contribute to

quality measurement and policy within the institution.
